Days Inn by Wyndham Cocoa Cruiseport West At I-95/524

Prices are great for the area. Sally and Tonya who work at the front desk are amazing, very accommodating, and understanding. I love going in, and seeing that they are working at the front desk. Keep it up ladies. It means a lot to stay in a hotel that the people will actually listen, and willing to solve any problems that they can for you. It’s a great experience for me.

Great location to stage for a cruise departure and it is a good value for the cost. The staff and rooms appear to show the effects of dealing with continuous mass groups of people staying for a single night. Parking was a little problematic due to thier park and sail service so lots of vehicles for people on thier cruise.

My stay was pleasant. Rooms with a good size and very comfortable. Great pool area. Safe parking, nice staff. I will stay here again.

Due to the previous reviews we asked if we could see the room before we check in. Unbeknownst to us, they already charged us before we got here so we had paid whether we wanted it or not. Thankfully the rooms were very clean, no bugs, no roaches. It had a clean smell to it. When we pulled the beds away from the wall we saw it was a very old bldg and Def needs updated. But we didn't see any creepy crawlies. Tub needs to be redone...the whole bldg needs redone. But the rooms are clean and c's Waffles are actually attached to the motel. Were going there tonight. Looked great when we checked in, we'll see

I was skeptical after seeing some of the reviews for this little GEM!! The room was clean and looked like what is represented in the pics. The pool was broken but it didn't hinder our stay as it has been a bit to chilly to use it. The staff were super helpful and don't sleep on C's Waffles, the onsite restaurant!!!! They have awesome food and servers!! 10/10 would come again and highly recommend!! It's a great value for the money and super close to the cruise ports!!

As long as you understand it’s a Days Inn it’s a pretty decent hotel. I normally stay higher end but for one night before a trip it was perfect. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Pool was nice size and clean. Room had a mild musty smell, but that’s almost unavoidable on the coast with outdoor facing rooms. The negative reviews in my opinion are not earned as long as you have realistic expectations. Some furniture is dated, but it’s also far less expensive that other options in the area. Only critique is the lack of power outlets in the room.

Everything at this hotel is great, the staff is so friendly and helpful. Everyone is willing to help out anyway they can and you really feel comfortable at this hotel. Overall it’s a great place at a great price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area anytime.

Rooms were basic but comfortable. You could tell things had been patched vs replaced but everything was in working order. Very clean. The woman who checked us in (suzanne) was absolutely wonderful
